Last night I was reading a children's book of sport and there was a section of extreme sports and one was hang-gliding!
Unfortunately it said no one under 18 is allowed to fly one :(
I thought for the glider we are building we could attach a camera instead.

Hi Lennox, man you've been busy! Because this is a plane blog I promise I won't rabbit on about boring Aunty stuff (but I am so sad to hear about Pluto :-( I don't know much about planes, but we were down at Stewart Island last week and there were MASSIVE storms. From our house we get a great view of all the small Stewart Island planes coming and going. It was pretty exciting watching the planes trying to land in the strong winds last week. Quite a few times they attempted to land and then had to abort and go in for another try! Duncs LOVES the planes, so when he can talk a bit better you'll be able to teach him heaps and he'll listen to you talk about planes forever. At the moment he is limited to "Ooooo PLANE!!!! PLANE!!!" Cute, but it gets a bit old ;-)

Hi Becs, Thank you for putting a comment on my blog because I have been wanting proof that people have been on my blog! We have got our kitten now. I will try to put a picture of him on my blog. He is really smoochy and likes sleeping up high. His name is Minty. I hope Duncan learns to say something other than oooo plane, because that might get a little boring! Good to hear he's into planes though!
